The use of real life topic specific vignettes related to clinical risk management will provide information starting with a negative outcome and working backward to review steps that were taken that could have or should have been avoided by the healthcare provider to prevent or alter the course of events related to the negative result. Hour 2: Introduction and overview of professional boundaries and the negative effects associated when those boundaries are crossed.
